Mrs C.T. Mumvuri

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Head of Agricultural Water Projects

At the helm of HydroWell is Mrs. C.T. Mumvuri, the visionary CEO who provides overall strategic direction, governance, and drives the company’s growth. With a deep commitment to community impact, she personally oversees agricultural water projects, farmer partnerships, and large-scale irrigation solutions, ensuring our work supports food security and sustainable livelihoods across Zimbabwe.

Engineer J.S. Mumvuri

Managing Director

Reporting to the CEO, Eng. J.S. Mumvuri is the technical cornerstone of HydroWell. A qualified Water Resources Engineer, he is responsible for all technical leadership, project design, quality control, regulatory compliance, and field supervision. His expertise ensures every borehole and installation meets the highest engineering standards for reliability and sustainability.

Mr V. Hamandishe

Marketing Manager

Leading our market presence, Mr. Hamandishe develops and executes our marketing strategy. He drives customer acquisition, conducts research, manages tender processes, and oversees all promotional activities, ensuring HydroWell remains the preferred choice for water engineering solutions.

Miss K.D. Mauto

Business Development Manager

Miss Mauto manages the company’s day-to-day operations and growth initiatives. She is central to client relations, project coordination, procurement, and implementing strategies that expand our services and reach, ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to project completion.

Mr N. Banda

Brand & Communications Manager

Mr Banda shapes and protects the HydroWell identity. He manages all branding, corporate communications, and public relations and designs compelling proposals and presentations. His work ensures our message of professionalism, innovation, and trust is clearly and consistently conveyed.
